The latest offering from Toyota is a new 2010 Toyota Corolla LE that is an economy vehicle, it’s a small economy sedan that is mainly available in five trim levels that are the base version, the LE version, the S version, the XLE version and the XRS version. The base Corolla comes equipped with a standard 15 inch steel wheels, other features in the vehicle include a tilt and telescoping steering wheel, an air-conditioning options, power mirrors, auxiliary audio jack options and also an MP3/WMA capable CD stereo. The new Corolla LE models comes with extra features like power windows, locks and body color exterior mirrors. The Corolla S model comes with all the features of the LE in the form of packages and extra accessories, although the Corolla S version comes equipped with features of a underbody spoiler, 16 inch steel wheels, leather wrapped steering wheel, fog lights, sport seats, stereo speakers and much more.

The new 2010 Toyota Corolla LE comes with a host of packages and features that differs and largely based on the trim version you select. The latest Corolla XLE trim version comes with all upgrades of a 16 inch wheels with upgraded stereo systems and other features including keyless entry, electroluminescent gauges, wood grain interior trim, sliding center armrest and varied intermittent wiper options. The XRS version would not come with all the features of the XLE version but it boosts of a larger engine option with other features like 17 inch alloy wheels, rear deck spoiler, sport tuned suspension, chrome interior trim, steering options and other extra features. The new XRS comes with a standard cruise control feature where as it is an optional feature for other trim versions.

The people who are opting for the S, XRS and XLE trim version can avail of the standard JBL sound system, sunroof, real time traffic navigation system, satellite radio and Bluetooth connectivity features. You can opt for leather upholstery in the S and the XRS trim version. The powertrain in the new 2010 Toyota Corolla comes with a 1.8 liter four cylinder engine that gives the output of 132 horsepower and 128 pound feet of torque. It also uses a five speed manual transmission driving options that uses front wheels as the standard setting and is also available with four speed automatic transmission as an optional feature. The XRS trim version comes with a 2.4 liter engine that gives the output of 158 horsepower and 162 pound feet of torque, it has a five speed manual and five speed automatic transmission as an optional feature. The safety features in the new machine comes with front seat side airbags, antilock brakes, full length side curtain airbags, active front head restraints, four wheel disc brakes, stability control features and varied other features.
